2:- Follow up on customer concerns.

Advanced tips to find problems:
CCTV:
1:- Are the CCTV images looking good or poor.
2:- Are images out of focus.
3:- Cables & plugs can often cause very weird results.
4:- Ground loop problems often manifest in rolling or tearing at the image.
5:- The speed over the network seems slow.
6:- The camera stream has dropped frames or is slow.
7:- Does the CCTV system need to be unicast or multicast.
Access Control:
1:- The reader will not read all cards all the time.
2:- The lock keeps working loose causing return visits.
